SRS Certified Training Overview

At Support Raising Solutions, we believe in each Great Commission worker being spiritually healthy, vision driven, and fully-funded. To complete this vision we've realized that we need to raise up leaders in organizations to train their staff in the Biblical basis of support raising and strategies to cultivate and maintain a strong personal support team.

Benefits

• Network and communicate with other trainers across the nation and receive training from a veteran SRS support trainer.
• The trainer will have no need to create support curriculum, materials, or training for your organization.
• Staff members will no longer need to travel to a different location to attend a regular monthly SRS Bootcamp that takes place in select locations across the U.S.
• Staff members will pay a discounted cost for SRS training.
• Receive SRS Network benefits. 
• Facilitator Membership is free for internationally based facilitators (subject to change).

Requirements

• The trainer must be selected and confirmed by the organization's leadership.
• The trainer must currently be living and ministering on personally raised support.
• Must have attended and participated fully in an SRS Bootcamp since 2014 or later.
• Agree to and sign a partnership agreement with SRS.
• Dedicate your organization to the vision of being spiritually healthy, vision-driven and fully-funded by training with the utmost of excellence.
• The trainer must come with a teachable spirit, ready to learn and apply. 
• The trainer is strongly encouraged (but not required) to attend the Support Raising Leaders Conference (currently held every 18 months).

Training Expectations

• Complete online Facilitator Training preparation course prior to zoom-training.
• Attend all 4 scheduled zoom conference calls to review online preparation work.
• Call #1: Nov 3, 2022 at 8am Central Time
• Call #2: Nov 17, 2022 at 8am Central Time
• Call #3: Dec 1, 2022 at 8am Central Time
• Call #4: To be scheduled close to your own Bootcamp to help you with set up.
• Attend Virtual Bootcamp (or live Bootcamp if available in your region).
